Reese's Pumpkin

This is my fifth review. It is on the seasonal (Halloween) Reese's Pumpkin. I never knew about it until I saw a sale of it at Walgreen's and my mother bought me one, very generously. By the way, even though I don't celebrate Halloween, I personally love Halloween season because that's when all the candy sales and limited edition stuff hit. Also, I have officially decided to change the sixth sense (which happens to be Yiddish if you are unfamiliar with this blog) to the sense of humor, which is much better in my opinion. We will start with the usual interview.
1. Interview:
The Kandy King: So, Reese's Pumpkin, don't know anything about you. Seen the Great Pumpkin lately?
Reese's Pumpkin: Hardy har. Basically, I'm released every year during September and October for Halloween. I'm a pumpkin shaped Reese's cup (well technically not a cup anymore) inside an eerie purple and orange wrapper. But get me while you can because I'm not staying for long!
KK: Great. On to
The Six Senses:
A. Seeing: Chocolate covered peanut butter, two thick, fat circles with a rectangular stem at the top to form the shape of a pumpkin
B. Feeling: Smooth on all edges.
C. Smelling: Milk chocolatey, and peanut (not peanut butter)
D. Hearing: See Interview.
E: Tasting: Regular delicious creamy chocolaty peanuty Reese's Cup taste with the exception of a lot more peanut butter and a lot less chocolate. Delicious, nevertheless. Peanut Butter as usual is sugary and crumbly and not-so-sticky
F. Humor: So a pumpkin walks into a bar...no. wait. rolls into a bar...............................maybe this humor thing isn't going to well. Ah well, maybe I should try again next time.
3. Overall Rating: 10 out of 10! Ding! Ding! Ding!
4. Ingredients: peanuts; milk chocolate (sugar; cocoa butter; chocolate; nonfat milk; milk fat; lactose; soy lecithin; PGPR, emulsifier); sugar; dextrose; chocolate; nonfat milk; contains 2% or less of: vegetable oil(cocoa butter; palm; shea; sunflower and/or safflower oil); salt; whey (milk); milk fat; soy lecithin; TBHQ (preservative); vanillin, artificial flavor.
5: Company: The Hershey Company
6: Hechsher: OU
7. Cholov Yisrael Status: Not Cholov Yisrael

Hershey's Drops Cookies n Cream

This is my second review. This review is on... DUH! Hershey's Drops Cookies n Cream! Don't you read titles? We will start with an interview.
1. Interview
Kandy King: Mr. Hershey's Drop, let's learn a little background info about yo. When were you invented?
Mr. Hershey's Drop: Actually, I am brand new.
KK: Oh, I see. But, what is your purpose? No offense, but you taste exactly the same as a regular Hershey's Cookies n Cream Bar.
MHD: Well, I am made for short snacking. Instead of eating a whole Hershey's Cookies n Cream Bar, you just open my bag, eat a few of me, and zip me back up.
KK: Interesting. I am sorry Mr. Hershey's Drop, but I've stood in front of you long enough, 2 minutes to be exact (Hey is that a record?) and I am going to messily gobble you down like there is no tomorrow. Goodbye.
2. The Six Senses
A. Seeing: This drop in front of me is the shape of an M&M, but bigger. It is a brownish white (but mostly white) with visible dark brown chocolate cookie chunks. Printed in light brown on the front of this drop is the word "Hershey's"
B.Feeling: Feels smooth and marble like but not that hard.
C.Smelling: smells EXACTLY like a vanilla milkshake, but no detection of chocolate at all.
 D. Hearing: See interview
E. Tasting: Has an amazing resemblance to a vanilla milkshake...creamy creamy white chocolate...crunchy chocolate cookie exactly like crushed oreo...unique detection of  delicious nuttiness. STUPENDOUS!
F. Yiddish: Batamt!
3. Overall Rating: 8 out of 10
4. Ingredients:  Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Cocoa Butter, Palm, Shea, Sunflower, and/or Safflower Oil), Nonfat Milk, Corn Syrup Solids, Cornstarch, Milk Fat, Contains 2% or less of: Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Modified Cornstarch, Confectioner's Glaze, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Artificial Flavor, Tocopherols to maintain freshness, PGPR, Emulsifier, Artificial Color (Red 40 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake, Blue 2 Lake)

Limited Edition Pull n Peel Grape Twizzlers

This is my first candy review.
I have successfully locked myself in the hall  closet away from my wife where I can eat this in peace.
We will start with an interview.
1.Interview
Kandy King: So, Limited Edition Pull n Peel Grape Twizzler, gosh your name's a mouthful! (no pun intended, seriously.) I'll call you LEPNPGT instead.
LEPNPGT: Pardon?
KK: Never mind. I'm here to interview you.
LEPNPGT: Gee, I've never been interviewed before.
KK: That's because nobody in the world else is psycho enough to talk to a piece of candy. You are dealing with the Kandy King! Now, what's it feel like to be a piece of candy?
LEPNPGT: Horrible. One minute you're on a nice machine being processed, distributed into bags, riding in trucks, being shelved, when all of a sudden a human rips you off your nice comfy shelf, opens your bag, and since I'm  pull n peel, rips you into NINE INDIVIDUAL PIECES  and you are eaten messily. Wait a minute, what's that evil look in your eye, what's going on- (gasp) AAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
We will now describe this candy using the 6 senses
2. The Six Senses
A. Seeing: This Grape Twizzler has nine pieces formed into a 3 by 3 candlestick figure. It is a fine shade of purple, but darker than the one in the rainbow twizzlers pack.
B. Feeling: Sticky, softer then regular twizzlers like all pull n peels, and has a strange feeling of Play Do, but thicker and harder
C. Smelling: Smells like the same artificial grapeness in a grape laffy taffy. Also has, very mysteriously, part of the sweet smell of Play Do! But in a good way, however.
D. Hearing: See Interview
E. FINALLY! TASTING!
Soft and chewy...no taste of grape laffy taffy...similiar taste as rainbow twizzler grape but with a more intense grape flavor... not too strong of a grape flavor... a little tart... did I just detect a hint of lemon?... sticks to your teeth... just picked up a little saltiness... just tasted a bit of chemical... AWESOME!!!
F. Yiddish:: Zer Git
 3. Overall Rating: 7 out of 10
4. Ingredients: Corn Syrup, Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid); Sugar; Contains 2% or less of: Palm Oil, Glyceryl Monostearate, Salt, Cornstarch, Glycerin, Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Artificial Color (Blue 1, Red 40), Potassium Sorbate (Preservative) Sulfur Dioxide to maintain freshness.
5. Company :  The Hershey Company
6. Hechsher: OU
Note: This candy is limited edition, so if you like it a lot, write to/call  the Hershey Company and tell them. (The Hershey Company. Hershey, Pennsylvania 17033-0815, U.S.A. or call toll-free weekdays 9-4 ET 1-800-468-1714) Who knows? If they get enough letters and calls, it could be a regular product. White Reese's and White Kit Kat used to be limited edition, but because of popular demand they kept them

The First Ever Post!

Well, well.
Looks like you've come across my blog.
Now you will probably say to yourself " Pu-leez. This is just another lame-o copycat candy reviewing blog."
Well I am here to tell you that this isn't an ordinary candy blog.
This candy blog reviews American candies (Hershey , Wonka etc.), and also Israeli candies such as products from Elite. That's right. This blog only reviews kosher candy. (if you haven't figured that out right now, please talk to your therapist immediately.) However, do not fear, my dear friends. You do not have to be Jewish to like this blog. It reviews plenty of candy you know about and would like to hear a review of, I assure you. Well, what are you waiting for? Go ahead and read my reviews! No one's stopping you! (Except your dentist and possibly wife. But if they are like mine, then get a laptop! After all this is where I'm writing from.)
